Thrust roller bearings are used to support axial and radial combined loads with axial loads, but radial loads must not exceed 55% of axial loads. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has a low friction factor, a high rotational speed, and has a self-aligning performance.

First, the characteristics of the thrust roller bearing

The roller of the 29000 type bearing is an asymmetrical spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding of the roller and the raceway during operation, and the roller has a long length, a large diameter, a large number of rollers, a high load capacity, and is usually oil lubricated. Individual low speed conditions can be lubricated with grease. When designing and selecting, it should be preferred;

Model 80000 thrust cylindrical roller bearings, 90000 thrust tapered roller bearings and AXK thrust needle roller bearings can withstand one-way axial loads. It has much greater axial load capacity than thrust ball bearings and is rigid. Occupied axial space is small.

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings are suitable for low speed applications. Thrust tapered roller bearings have slightly higher rotational speed than thrust cylindrical roller bearings. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are separate bearings that can only withstand one-way axial loads and slight impacts, and can limit the axial displacement of the shaft (or casing) in one direction, so it can be used as one-way axial positioning. However, its carrying capacity is much larger than that of thrust ball bearings. When the roller rolls, the roller speed is inevitably slipped on the ferrule raceway due to the different linear speeds at both ends of the roller. Therefore, the limit rotation speed of such a bearing is lower than that of the thrust ball bearing, and is usually only suitable for low-speed operation.

Second, the use of thrust roller bearings

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in heavy machinery, high power marine gearboxes, oil rigs, vertical motors and other machinery.
